- Jason has been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and has been teaching for 3 years in a variety of settings, including gyms, yoga studios, as well as outdoor parks. His yoga practice has ranged from vigorous astanga yoga to relaxing and meditative restorative classes.
He is Level 3 Certified, and likes to mix gentle flows with challenging postures but still provide for all levels to be successful. He believes yoga is about building strength, flexibility, and focus in both body and mind. He sums up his approach to yoga as "Playtime for the body and soul".

- Jaye is a graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Holistic Nutrition Therapy. She presently holds the certification of Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and is also pursuing certification as a Master Nutrition Therapist. Jaye is ACE certified as a personal trainer and is focused on helping clients find a well rounded approach to health.
- Jaye's foundation in nutritional concepts comes from an innate appreciation for real food and the idea that food makes the best medicine. The cornerstone of her holistic nutrition therapy lends to a personal journey of self-discovery and life skills as they relate to the various roles that food plays in our lives.

I am a 24 year law enforcement veteran. I have spent many years helping fellow officers get in shape. I am Certified as a Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) Instructor by Pavel Tsatsouline in April, 2008. I am a personal trainer and I have worked with numerous clients, trained law enforcement special ops units, and have instructed area wrestling teams in hard-style kettlebell techniques. I have merged RKC kettlebell training with Z-Health principles of neural training for athletic movement resulting in state of the art performance oriented training.

- I have been a fitness instructor since 1996. My fitness resume includes teaching indoor cycling at 8 facilities in the past 9 years. Currently, I teach at three clubs, My Personal Best my favorite. I enjoy teaching indoor cycling because almost anyone can do this. In the same class, it is possible to have an elite cyclist that races every weekend, to someone who has never exercised in their life. While these two individuals can be on two ends of the spectrum of fitness, I can ensure that both of them get a good workout and feel good about at the end of the class. I have raced bikes for 17 years and have a strong understanding of fitting a person on the indoor bikes to ensure the most comfort. My certifications include Johnny G, Reebok cycling, and HeartZones Blue jersey. Give one of my classes a try, be sure to let me know if you are new to the workout!
