For those who wish to pursue a tailored personal fitness training program with one of our certified personal fitness trainers, an optional session will immediately follow discussing:

  • Personal fitness training: for your strength, flexibility, nutrition, and specific needs
  • Personal fitness training: that fits your budget, time, and other personal requirements
  • Fitness Assessment: Discover how we measure your "current state" (where you are) and set realistic goals for your "future state" (where you are going) and how we MEASURE progress along the way.
