In a 25-35 minute workout, you can expect the
most rewarding workout if you are a seasoned athlete or a de-conditioned
person looking for that unique major fitness breakthrough.

I am a 24 year law enforcement veteran. I have spent many years helping fellow officers get in shape. I am Certified as a Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) Instructor by Pavel Tsatsouline in April, 2008. I am a personal trainer and I have worked with numerous clients, trained law enforcement special ops units, and have instructed area wrestling teams in hard-style kettlebell techniques. I have merged RKC kettlebell training with Z-Health principles of neural training for athletic movement resulting in state of the art performance oriented training.
A typical class will start with 10 minutes of joint mobility, warm-up, and technique assessment (for the planned movements). Next will come 10 minutes of ballistics to work on speed and the stretch shortening cycle. This is followed by 10 minutes of grinds for strength development. Ten minutes of conditioning, emphasizing either anaerobic or aerobic energy systems, is next.
