All Plans
. Each plan is designed to help the client
     o Understand how many calories are currently being consumed / how many should be consumed
     o Design a food plan that
          . Accommodates a variety of situations (work / home / vacation / business road warrior)
          . Consists of the appropriate combination of protein, carbohydrates, and fats
          . Eliminates excess salt, processed sugar, processed food, and "empty calories"
          . Tastes good!
          . Meets the client's desire to lose weight, or gain weight, or simply eat better
          . Meets the client's needs relative to time, money, and food preparation ability
          . The client can carry out independently . without the help of a nutritionist

. Each session requires an appointment at least three (3) business days in advance, preferably five (5) business days in advance
. All results are confidential (even if you are sharing with a friend / family member / co-worker)
. 3-month / 6-month plans can be shared with a friend / family member / co-worker
. Plans are NOT DESIGNED to address any special medical needs (e.g. diabetics) without consultation and written approval from a licensed medical professional
. Any Diet & Nutrition service (except for shopping / home visits) can be used as a "session" w/ a Personal Best's 3-month / 6-month Personal Training Package (which must be paid in advance):
     o 3-month / 36 sessions - (you have six months to use it)
     o 6-month / 72 sessions - (you have one year to use it)

NOTES:

. All prices assume package is paid for in advance
. Client facing hours are paid to Jaye @ $30 per hour
. Non-client facing hours are $20 per hour (prep / analysis time) which includes phone consultations
. Phone consultations require 24-hours notice / call back within eight (8) hours.

  Jaye Alynn, Certified Nutrition Practitioner

  • Jaye is a graduate of the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Holistic Nutrition Therapy. She presently holds the certification of Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and is also pursuing certification as a Master Nutrition Therapist. Jaye is ACE certified as a personal trainer and is focused on helping clients find a well rounded approach to health.
  • Jaye's foundation in nutritional concepts comes from an innate appreciation for real food and the idea that food makes the best medicine. The cornerstone of her holistic nutrition therapy lends to a personal journey of self-discovery and life skills as they relate to the various roles that food plays in our lives.
