Enjoy progressive strength training using dumbbells, body bars, bands, and other modalities. Heart pumping, non-stop action as your muscles become more defined and you raise your metabolic rate to burn more calories!
Strengthen your entire body with this ever-changing workout! You'll be challenged with a variety of equipment, building muscular strength, endurance, and balance while learning proper form and posture for all exercises. We'll finish each class with flexibility work that will leave you energized and ready for the rest of your day.
